Plastic.IT has operated as a design and troubleshooting consultancy since 1995 and is an Authorised Moldflow Bureau Service Provider carrying out filling, cooling and warpage analysis. With over 40 years of experience in the injection moulding field there are few problems that I have not seen before and offered solutions to. I believe the design philosophy in the 21 century should be optimise the product design and process with the use of Computer Aided Engineering before tooling - then tool it and mould good parts trouble free. |
